Meet The team

Shirley Ritchie

Shirley Ritchie is a Senior Transition Specialist. As a multi faceted entrepreneur who helps seniors who want or need to make a transition from the their current living situation. They may have lost a spouse or have developed other medical needs that require more oversight.

Before starting First Love Senior Placement she spent 23yrs in the Air Force. After receiving her Nursing degree she was commissioned as an Officer and retired in 1997 from the Pentagon as a Public Affairs Officer with National Aeronautic Space Museum.

In 2000 after moving to Georgia she started a Senior Mobile Foot Care Clinic. It was a natural" Transition "when her clients and friends asked advice on making a change as they aged in place. Hence, collaboration with Moms House Inc has lead her to First Love.....
